Aliens or Alien because they are the originals and because they had more fighting.

Alien. Becasue it is the original classic film. Dark, gothic, and well-made. Without it, there would be none of this...

I liked the first two. I have not seen Aliens 3 or Alien Resurrection, however. Some would say I was better off not seein them anyways, although I have also heard that Alien 3 wasn't that bad.

Alien 3 is an underrated work of pure genius. Possibly my first or second favorite of the series. The only reason it gets such a bad rap, is because after the success of Aliens, people wanted an Aliens 2 for part 3. They didn't get it. Instead, master writer/director, David Fincher, took a half ass script (which he didn't write) and turned it into more than just another lame sequel. He also went back to the roots of the Alien films, and made the third film more faithful to Alien than Aliens.
I command everyone to go and re-watch it, and see it for what it is. A brilliant, dark, and gothic film, that was never quite understood.

if anyone says that alien resurrection was the best, i will be shocked for a whole day. Alien3 was "ok" or O Kay. I think that ripley shouldn't have died so that there could be another sequal for ripley and a group of people to go to the home planet. Then resurrection came out and that was it. AVP stoped it though.

i thought the design of the ship in resurrection was cool. I didn't like the idea of the clones and the failures gave me nightmares for a couple of nights.

Nahhh, Resurrection was kinda lame. Ron Perlman was in it though, and I love that guy. (Hellboy)
